          On the occasion of the end of year exams and in accordance with the ministerial decision 270 for the year 89 and out of our keenness to be always pioneering in every aspect of the educational process, it is our honour to announce to you the following:

- The end of second term exams for the scholastic year 2016- 2017 will take place according to the schedule presented on this card. May Allah grant our sons and daughters success.

- Please be notified that 50% of the total grade is allotted for the Comprehensive Educational Evaluation for grades 1^st through 6^th primary as well as grades 1^st and 2^nd prep. according to the ministerial decision (230) issued on 8-9-2010, and also ministerial decision (313) issued on 7-9-2011.

- As for third prep, success in the comprehensive education evaluation is a prerequisite for sitting for the end of year exams.

- End of year reports / results & distribution of 1^st Term Books & booklets (for the new academic year 2017/2018) will be issued as:

* 1^st /2^nd/3^rd/4^th & 5^th Prim. results, on Monday 15^th May      * 1^st & 2^nd Prep. results, on Thursday 25^th May        * 1^st & 2^nd Sec. results, on Thursday 25^th May

* As for the results of the general certificates, it will be announced when the school receives it from Cairo Governorate. 

²As for distributing of books it will start from the 1^st week of Sept. 2017, so be advised that school fees receipt should be present with you.

                                بمناسبة عقد امتحانات نهاية العام الدراسى2016/2017 ننفيذاً للقرار الوزارى 270 لسنة 89 ،وتنظيماً للعمل وحتى تكون  مدارسنا دائماً رائدة فى كل

              شئ ، يسرنا أن نعلن لسيادتكم ما يلى :

تبدأ امتحانات نهاية الفصل الدراسى الثاني من العام الدراسى2016/2017 وفق الجدول المعلن بهذه البطاقة ، راجين من الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يوفق أبناءنا وبناتنا دائماً ليكون النجاح حليفهم وهذا الامتحان يمثل ما يأتي  :

• تخصص 50% من الدرجة الكلية لنظام التقويم التربوى الشامل على الصفوف الأول والثاني والثالث والرابع والخامس و السادس الابتدائي والصف الأول والثاني الاعدادي . أما بالنسبة للصف الثالث الإعدادي (شرط دخول امتحان الصف الثالث الإعدادي آخر العام اجتياز التقويم التربوي بنجاح) من التعليم الأساسى فى جميع مدارس الجمهورية تنفيذا للقرار الوزاري (230) بتاريخ 8/9/2010 ، والقرار الوزاري (313) في 7/9/2011.

• تعلن نتيجة الامتحانات ، والشهادات للفصل الدراسي الثاني ، و توزيع الكتب (للعام الدراسي القادم الجديد 2017/2018) وفق الآتي :

1. نتيجة الصفوف الأولى (الأول/الثاني/الثالث/الرابع/الخامس الابتدائي ) يوم الاثنين 15/5/2017.
2. نتيجة الصفوف الكبرى (الأول و الثاني الإعدادي) يوم الخميس 25/5/2017.
3. نتيجة الصف الأول و الثاني الثانوي ، يوم الخميس 25/5/2017.
4. الشهادات العامة ، السادس الابتدائي ، و الثالث الإعدادي ، تعلن نتائجها حين إعلانها على مستوى محافظة القاهرة .     

 ²  ملحوظة :سيبدأ استلام الكتب خلال الأسبوع الأول من شهر سبتمبر 2017 ، و بموجب ايصال سداد المستحقات الخاصة بكل طالب .
