       On the occasion of the mid-year exams and in accordance with the ministerial decision 270 for the year 89 and out of our keenness to be always pioneering  in every aspect of the educational process, it is our honour to announce to you the following:

- The first term exams for the scholastic year 2018- 2019 will take place according to the schedule presented on this card. May Allah grant our sons and daughters success.

- Please be notified that the total grade is allotted for the Comprehensive Educational Evaluation for grades 1^st/2^nd/ 3^rd  Prim.& 4^th/5^th/ 6^th Prim., according to the ministerial decision (360) issued in 2018,  and 30% for grades 1^st and 2^nd prep. according to the ministerial decision (377) issued on 10-10-2017. As for 3^rd Prep. success in the Comprehensive Educational Evaluation is a pre requisite for sitting till the end of year exams, according to the ministerial decision (230) issued on8/9/2010 and the ministerial decision (377) issued on 10-10-2017 which is updated to the ministerial decision (313) issued on 7-9-2011.

- Mid year reports / results & distribution of 2^nd Term Books will be issued as:

* 1^st /2^nd/3^rd/4^th / 5^th & 6^th Prim. results, on Thurs. 24/1/2019      * 1^st & 2^nd Prep. results, on Sun. 27/1/2019        * 2^nd Sec. results, on Wed.  6/2/2019

* As for the results of the general certificate( 3^rd Prep.) , it will be announced when the school receives it from Cairo Governorate. 

²As for distributing of books/booklets it will start from Thursday 31^st Jan.2019, so be advised that school fees receipt should be present with you.

- Starting from the second term, parents are requested to follow up their children and work hand in hand with the school so that we can achieve the aspired     

                          success and progress.

                                بمناسبة عقد امتحانات نصف العام الدراسى2018/2019 ننفيذاً للقرار الوزارى 270 لسنة 89 ،وتنظيماً للعمل وحتى تكون  مدارسنا دائماً رائدة فى كل شئ ، يسرنا أن نعلن لسيادتكم ما يلى :

تبدأ امتحانات الفصل الدراسى الأول من العام الدراسى2018/2019 وفق الجدول المعلن بهذه البطاقة ، راجين من الله سبحانه وتعالى أن يوفق أبناءنا وبناتنا دائماً ليكون النجاح حليفهم وهذا الامتحان يمثل ما يأتي  :

• تخصص الدرجة الكلية لنظام التقويم التربوى الشامل على الصفوف الأول والثاني والثالث و الصف الرابع والخامس و السادس الابتدائي وفقا للقرار الوزاري (360) لسنة 2018 ، و30% على الصف الأول والثاني الاعدادي تنفيذا للقرار الوزاري (377) في 10/10/2017 . أما بالنسبة للصف الثالث الإعدادي (شرط دخول امتحان الصف الثالث الإعدادي آخر العام اجتياز التقويم التربوي بنجاح) من التعليم الأساسى فى جميع مدارس الجمهورية تنفيذا للقرار الوزاري (230) بتاريخ 8/9/2010 ، والقرار الوزاري (377) في 10/10/2017 المعدل للقرار الوزاري (313) في 7/9/2011.
• تعلن نتيجة الامتحانات ، والشهادات ، وتوزيع كتب الفصل الدراسي الثاني وفق الآتي :

1. نتيجة الصفوف الأولى و الكبرى الابتدائية (الأول/الثاني/الثالث/الرابع/الخامس/السادس الابتدائي) يوم الخميس  24/1/2019.
2. نتيجة الصفوف الكبرى الاعدادية ( الأول / الثاني الإعدادي) يوم الأحد 27/1/2019.
3. نتيجة الصف  (الثاني الثانوي) ، يوم الأربعاء 6/2/2019.
4. الشهادات العامة مثل الصف الثالث الإعدادي ، تعلن نتائجها في حين إعلانها على مستوى محافظة القاهرة .     
5. اعتبارا من النصف الثاني للعام الدراسي 2018/2019، تأمل إدارة المدرسة من السادة أولياء الأمور المتابعة و اليقظة التامة و الدائمة لأبنائنا و بناتنا حتى نستطيع معا تحقيق آمالنا من نجاح و تقدم بل تميز.

    ملحوظة :سيبدأ استلام الكتب/البوكلت من  يوم الخميس  الموافق 31/12019/ ، و بموجب ايصال سداد المستحقات الخاصة بكل طالب .
