The Plan for the Educational Process in the Second Term

1. The students’ school attendance starts on Sunday 14th March 2021.
2. The school day starts at 7:25 in the morning and the first session starts at 7:45 and the shool gates close at 7:45. The student’s tardiness is calculated from 7:45 till 8:00 am. The school day ends at 1:50 pm.
3. If the student is late for more than 3 times, the student or his parent has to write down an endorsemnet and the student woh’t be allowed to attend the first session, and if he is late again, he wouldn’t be allowed to attend the school day, and this is according to the « School Discipline List ».
4. Kindergarten students and lower primary students (1st, 2^nd & 3rd prim.) will attend all the week days except for Thursday (from Sunday to Wednesday)
5. Upper primary students (4th, 5th & 6th prim.) and preparatory stage students will attend on (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday) and the days (Wednesday & Thursday) will be Online sessions.
6. For the secondary stage :

• 1st secondary students will attend on (Sunday and Tuesday) and (Monday, Wednesday & Thursday) will be Online sessions.
• 2^nd secondary students will attend on (Monday and Thursday) and (Sunday, Tuesday & Wednesday) will be Online sessions.
• 3rd secondary students will attend on (Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday).

7-For (Break-time) :

For the students’ departure at the end of the day :

• 1st primary students boys & girls) get down to wait in the football pitch at 1:45 pm and parents can get in throuhg gate 4 to receive the students of lower primary stages.
• 2^nd & 3rd prim. students (boys & girls) will get down at 1:45 pm (gate 3)
• 4th, 5th & 6th prim. students (boys) will get down to secondary playground at 1:50 pm and their parents can get in through (gate 4) to receive them.
• 4th, 5th & 6th prim. students (girls) will get down to the covered playground at 1:50 pm (gate 3).
• Prep. & secondary students will get down at 1:55 pm (gate 6).

1. Students have to wear a mask or a face shield and every student should have an extra mask.
2. Students should have their personal belongings (water flask, lunch box, pencil case, healthy food, tissue, wipes & sanitizer) in order not to use his colleagues’ belongings.
3. The student’s name and class should be written clearly on all of his belongings (books, homework diary, booklets, copybooks, jacket, water flask, calculator & lunch box).
4. It’s forbidden to get the mobile to school except for absolutely urgent situations and, in this case, the student has to tell the social worker.
5. Educating the student about the need to pay attention to personal hygiene and cleaning hands before eating and the shool also carries out its role in health awareness through the sghool doctor and teachers.
6. For the students’ absence, students’ attendance and absence is taken every day and if the parent doesn’t want to send his son or daughter to school, he has to write an endorsement in the school for being totally responsible for not sending the student to school.
7. If the student is sick, so please keep your son/ daughter at home until he/ she gets better and to send a sick note later.

(not that the school is committed daily to measuring the temperatuer of students and monitoring their health.)

1. Permissions for students are not allowed during the school day except for absolutely urgent situations and the parent should report this previously (through a phone call or by writing a note in the homework diary) .
2. The student has to wear his/her full school uniform according to his/her stages.
3. The parent should always follow up the school site for any news.
4. For the lower stages, please always follow up with all the notes written daily in the Diary and to contact the school throuhg it in order to be able to answer all your questions or through school site messages using the code given to the student.

الخطة الخاصة بالعملية التعليمية لدخول الطلاب (التيرم الثاني)

1-يبدأ انتظام الطلاب والحضور للمدرسة لجميع المراحل اعتبارًا من يوم الأحد الموافق 14/3/2021.

2- يبدأ اليوم الدراسي من الساعة 7:25 ص، على أن تبدأ الحصة الأولى 7:45 ص، وستغلق أبواب المدرسة في تمام الساعة 7:45ص، ويحسب للطالب التأخير من 7.45ص إلى 8:00ص، وينتهي اليوم الدراسي في تمام الساعة 1:50ظ .

في حال تأخر الطالب لأكثر من (3) مرات يتم إخطار ولي الأمر بضرورة كتابة إقرار على الطالب أو ولي الأمر، ولن يسمح بدخوله الحصة الأولى، وإذا تكرر التأخير، سيمنع من حضور اليوم الدراسي، وذلك طبقًا للائحة "الانضباط المدرسي".

3-يتم حضور الطلاب فعليَّاً للمدرسة  كل حسب مرحلته: قسم رياض الأطفال (KG) والمرحلة الابتدائية الصغرى من الصف الأول الابتدائي حتى الثالث الابتدائي ((جميع أيام الاسبوع عدا الخميس)) من الأحد إلى الأربعاء

من الصف الرابع الابتدائي إلى المرحلة الإعدادية أيام ((الأحد/الاثنين/الثلاثاء)) . على أن يكون يومي ((الأربعاء والخميس (Online))

المرحلة الثانوية: الصف الأول الثانوى:أيام الحضور(الأحد /الثلاثاء)على أن يكون (الاثنين/ الأربعاء/الخميس)

 4- فيما يخص مواعيد البريك (Break-time) . وهي كالآتي:

5- فيما يخص انصراف الطلاب آخر اليوم

- يتم نزول طلاب الصف الأول الابتدائي (بنين وبنات) لملعب كرة القدم في تمام الساعة 1:45ظ ، و(دخول أولياء الأمور من بوابة 3 لاستلام الطلاب المرحلة الابتدائية الصغرى).

- نزول طلاب الصفين الثاني والثالث الابتدائي (بنين و بنات) في تمام الساعة 1:45ظ (بوابة 3)

- يتم نزول طلاب الصفوف الرابع /الخامس/السادس (بنات) للملعب المغطى في تمام الساعة 1:50ظ (بوابة 3).

- يتم نزول طلاب الصفوف الرابع /الخامس/السادس (بنين) ملعب الثانوي في تمام الساعة 1:50ظ و (دخول اولياء الأمور (من بوابة 4) لاستلام طلاب المرحلة.

- نزول طلاب المرحلة الإعدادية و الثانوية في تمام الساعة 1:55ظ (من بوابة 6 مبني 2).

6- ضرورة التزام الطلاب بارتداء الماسك او الفيس شيلد ، مع تزويد ولي الأمر لنجله/كريمته بماسك احتياطي لكل طالب.

7- ضرورة احضار الطالب لمتعلقاته الشخصية من: ((زمزمية/لانش بوكس/مقلمة/طعام صحي/مناديل/مناديل مبللة/جيل معقم) … حتى لا يستخدم الطالب متعلقات أو أدوات زملاءه.

8- ضرورة كتابة ولي الأمر لاسم الطالب وفصله على كافة متعلقاته الشخصية بشكل واضح على كل من (الكتب/الدايري/البوكليت/الكراسات/الجاكيت/الزمزمية/ظهر الآلة الحاسبة/اللانش بوكس) للأهمية.

9- عدم إحضار الموبايل إلا للضرورة القصوى، وضرورة تبليغ الطالب للأخصائية الاجتماعية الخاصة بالمرحلة في حالة إحضار الطالب له.

10- توعية الطالب بضرورة الالتزام بالنظافة الشخصية، وتعقيم اليد قبل تناول طعامه، كما تقوم المدرسة بدورها بالتوعية الصحية من خلال طبيبة المدرسة والمدرسين.

11- فيما يخص تغيب الطلاب … يتم أخذ حضور وغياب الطلاب يوميا، و في حال طلب ولي الأمر عدم إحضار نجله/كريمته، يجب على ولي الأمر كتابة إقرار لدى إدارة المدرسة بالتزامه الكامل بعدم إحضار الطالب.

وفي حال مرض الطالب ترجو إدارة المدرسة من ولي الأمر التزام الطالب المنزل لحين تحسنه، مع إحضار شهادة مرضية بعد تحسنه … (علمًا بأن المدرسة تلتزم يوميًا بقياس حرارة الطلاب ومتابعتهم صحيًا).

12- تمنع الأذونات الخاصة بالطلاب خلال اليوم الدراسي، إلا في حالات الضرورة القصوى، وبإخطار مسبق من قبل ولي الأمر لإدارة المرحلة. (هاتفيًا أو بإخطار المرحلة من خلال الدايري) .

13- التزام الطالب كليًا بارتداء الزي المدرسي الخاص بمرحلته.

14- ضرورة متابعة ولي الأمر وبصفة مستمرة لموقع المدرسة، لمتابعة أي جديد.

15- فيما يخص الصفوف الصغرى .. تتمنى الإدارة المتابعة الدورية والمستمرة لما يكتب في الدايري والتواصل مع المدرسة من خلاله للرد على استفساراتكم وأسئلتكم، أو من خلال رسائل الموقع الخاصة بكود كل طالب.
