The virus C screening campaign

Dear 1st Prep. Parents,
The virus C screening campaign will be held soon by the Ministry of Health under school supervision.
In case of refusal, you must send the attached application below (assigned by the parent )with a copy of the student's recent birth certificate.
Otherwise, you will be considered agreeing to the analysis because the campaign is mandatory.

نحيط سيادتكم علماً أنه سيتم فحص الطلاب للكشف عن فيروس C ضمن فاعليات حملة فيروس C من قبل وزارة الصحة.
وعلى الطلاب الرافض أولياء أمورهم للحملة ارسال الاستمارة المرفقه ادناه( موقع عليها بالرفض) مع صورة شهادة ميلاد حديثه للطالب.
عدا ذلك سيعتبر ولى الأمر موافق على التحليل لأن الحملة إجبارية.
